About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2006 No. 54

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2006 No. 54 "About approval of regulations on procedure for forming and application of planned estimated prices on housing and communal services and about procedure for bringing to the organizations of housing and communal services of the corresponding financial and economic indicators and control of their accomplishment" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 18, 5/17125; 2007, No. 14, 5/24512; 2009, No. 31, 5/29208; No. 44, 5/29298; No. 134, 5/29818; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 11.07. 2013, 5/37532; 19:06. 2015, 5/40669; 03:05. 2016, 5/42014) following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for forming and application of planned estimated prices on housing and communal services approved by this resolution:

1.1.1. in the paragraph the second Item 3 of the word "and managerial" shall be replaced with words costs "and general economy";

1.1.2. to exclude the "limiting" word from the paragraph of the third item 4;

1.1.3. in Item 5:

in part one to replace the word of "fourth" with the word "heel";

in part two:

the paragraph one after the word "costs" to add with words of "the organizations of housing and communal services of system of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities";

word in paragraph three of "standard rates of their number" shall be replaced with words "the number of staff within standard rates";
