About entering of amendments into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Coordination council on macroeconomic and investment policy under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 13, 2011 No. 215
For the purpose of ensuring coordination and effective response to changes of economic situation, enhancement of the mechanism of forming of macroeconomic and investment policy, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Coordination council on macroeconomic and investment policy under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 13, 2011 No. 215 the following amendments:
- in Regulations on Coordination council on macroeconomic and investment policy under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
add Chapter 1 with the paragraph the second the following content:
"Council in the activities is guided by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also this Provision.";
add Chapter 2 with the paragraph the eighteenth the following content:
"Decisions of Council have advisory nature.";
add Chapter 3 with paragraphs the seventeenth and eighteenth the following content:
"-consideration of questions of the current projects implementation of the state external investments;
- approval of projects of the state external investments which financing is planned due to external borrowings under guarantee of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;";
