About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine
According to Articles 6, 8 Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About medicines", the subitem 4 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 467, for the purpose of providing the rights of patients to receipt of high-quality medicines order:
1. Approve Changes in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale, retail trade by medicines approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of October 31, 2011 No. 723, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 7, 2011 on No. 1420/20158, which are applied.
2. Make changes to the Procedure for test before licensing for implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale, retail trade by medicines approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of July 11, 2012 No. 513, registered on July 26, 2012 for No. 1262/21574, having been reworded as follows appendices the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 3, 4 which are applied.
3. Repeal the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of November 17, 2014 No. 731 "About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine".
