About recognition No. 313 which voided the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of July 9, 2003
According to paragraph one of Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation I order:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of July 9, 2003 No. 313 "About approval of form of data of business entity which move for receipt of the license", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 23, 2003 for No. 968/8289.
2. To pharmaceutical products (Borodin S. O.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of pharmaceutical activities and quality submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Pavlenko A. S.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
