1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.2. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 25, 2007 No. 534 "About measures for enhancement of security activities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 262, 1/9048; 2011, No. 89, 1/12738):
in paragraph one of the Section "Ministry of Communications and Informatization" of the list of the organizations having rights of the creation of the militarized protection approved by this Decree of the word "The republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Radio Television Transmitting Center" shall be replaced with words "The republican unitary enterprise of telecommunication Beltelekom;
Item 16 of the Section "The Organizations Which Do not Have Rights of Creation of the Militarized Protection in Which Examination of Things and Documents, Vehicles by Workers of Protection of These Organizations Is Allowed" of the list of the organizations which do not have rights of creation of the militarized protection in which personal inspection, examination of things and documents, vehicles by workers of protection of these organizations, approved by this Decree are allowed, to exclude;
