About modification of "Rules of calculation of banking capital and its adequacy"
For the purpose of adaptation of prudential requirements to activities of banks to new macroeconomic conditions within approach of counter-cyclical prudential regulation and ensuring financial stability of banking sector with that the Board of the Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic according to articles 22.0.17 and 48.1.2 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic" decides:
Approve modification of "Rules of calculation of banking capital and its adequacy" it (is applied).
Charge to Legal department (R. Melikov) to provide within 3 days submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice for inclusion in the State register of legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic.

1. in subitems 2.0.8 and 2.0.9 of the word to "owners"" shall be replaced with words to "owners";
2. in subitem 2.0.10 to replace the word of "owner" with the word of "owner";
