1. In appendix to the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 404 of 2.02.2011. "About rates for the heat energy delivered to final consumers" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 22-24/128 of 4:02. 2011) to exclude line items of MT of "Termogaz" (мун. Бэлць), JSC Comgaz-Plus (Ungen) and MT of "Retelele Termice" (мун. Comrat).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
