About rates for the heat energy delivered to final consumers

Due to the change of rates for the natural gas released to thermal stations for development and providing city type with heat energy of consumers through centralized system of heat supply, rates for the heat energy released by thermal electric main lines for the purpose of reduction of rates for the delivered heat energy according to real production costs and based on Art. 13.1 of the h. (2) item (e) of the Law on public services of municipal services No. 1402-XV of 24.10.2002 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 14-17/49 of 7:02. 2003) with subsequent changes, DECIDES: Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power

1. Approve rates for the heat energy delivered to consumers according to appendix.

2. Approve rate for chemically prepared make-up water released by JSC Apa-Canal Chisinau to thermal networks in the amount of 83,93 leu/ton (excluding VAT).

3. Recognize invalid:

- the resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 369 of February 17, 2010 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 29/105 of 23:02. 2010);

- the resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 377 of May 14, 2010 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 75-77/293 of 18:05. 2010).

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
