1. Make change to Item 2 of the Section III of the Procedure for the consideration of addresses of citizens in the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 23, 2013 No. 1475/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 25, 2013 for No. 1246/23778 (with changes), having stated it in the following edition:

"2. The answer by results of consideration of the address is without fail given those by body (organization) of GKVS of Ukraine which (which) received it and in which competence (which) the solution of the questions raised in the address, signed by management of body (organization) of GKVS of Ukraine within their powers and competence enters.".

2. To department of interaction with authorities (Kozlovskaya N. A.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes).

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Sevostyanov N. I.
