Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the State committee of construction, architecture and housing policies of Ukraine, the Department of Energy of Ukraine, the State-owned joint-stock holding company "Ukrgaz" of April 15, 1998 No. 58/45/91/73/51/23/10-538 "About approval of the Technique of provision to the population of subsidies for expense recovery for payment of housing and communal services, acquisition of the liquefied gas, solid and oven household (liquid) fuel", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 15, 1998 for No. 379/2819 (with changes).
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of the government public assistance of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine (V. Muzychenko) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on deputy ministers according to distribution of obligations.
