Article 1

"6. For decision making about determination of winners of tender the tender committee is created. Members of tender committee and its chairman affirm the Government of the Russian Federation. Representatives of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, Central bank of the Russian Federation, authorized federal executive body and other federal executive bodies, and also representatives of Russian Trilateral Commission on the Regulation of Social and Labour Relations are part of tender committee.
