About entering of amendments into the Strategy of state cooperation - members of the CIS in the field of informatization and in the Action plan on state cooperation strategy implementation - members of the CIS in the field of informatization for the period till 2010
For the purpose of further mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of development of information and communication technologies and creation of information community in the State Parties of the CIS the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States DECIDED:
1. Approve amendments in the Strategy of state cooperation – members of the CIS in the field of informatization and in the Action plan on state cooperation strategy implementation – members of the CIS in the field of informatization for the period till 2010 (are applied).
2. Financing of additional joint actions of the Action plan for state cooperation strategy implementation – members of the CIS in the field of informatization for the period till 2010 is performed by the interested State Parties of the CIS by agreement within the financial resources which are annually provided in national budgets on the answering purpose and also at the expense of other sources which are not prohibited by the current legislation of the State Parties of the CIS.
3. Determine Coordination council of the State Parties of the CIS by informatization in case of the Regional commonwealth in the field of communication by the coordinator of actions for realization of creation of information systems of passport and visa documents and other identification documents of new generation and charge to it to consider annually the course of accomplishment of the Action plan on state cooperation strategy implementation – members of the CIS in the field of informatization for the period till 2010 for the purpose of its successful accomplishment.
4. This Decision becomes effective from signature date.
