About introduction of amendments to the Order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of March 14, 2002 No. 479

1. In heading and Item 1 of the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of March 14, 2002 No. 479 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for issue of certificates of subjects of estimative activities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 28, 2002 for No. 312/6600 (with changes), the words "about procedure for issue" shall be replaced with words "about issue".
2. Make changes to the Regulations on procedure for issue of certificates of subjects of estimative activities approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of March 14, 2002 No. 479, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 28, 2002 for No. 312/6600 (with changes), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.
3. To provide to management of assessment of property and professional estimative activity submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
