About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2016"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2016" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 5, the Art. 54, No. 17, the Art. 189, No. 24, the Art. 489, No. 26, the Art. 518, No. 32, the Art. 556, the Art. 557, No. 34, the Art. 591, No. 42, the Art. 703, No. 44, the Art. 751, Art. 752; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of November 17, 2016 No. 1760-VIII and of December 20, 2016 No. 1785-VIII) the following changes:

Article 5 to add 1) with part two of the following content:

"In case of variation of the official rate of hryvnia the variation from limiting amount of public debt and limiting amount of the debt guaranteed by the state on the following official rate is allowed to US dollar for December 31, 2016 from rate which was applied in case of creation of the Government budget of Ukraine. According to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine about accomplishment of this Law to include information on variations of indicators of public debt and the debt guaranteed by the state for December 31, 2016 from their limiting amounts in the annual statement, including detailed calculations and explanations concerning influence of the official rate of hryvnia to US dollar on such variation";

2) to make changes to appendices No. 3 and No. 7 to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2016" according to appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to this Law.

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
