Bring in the Payment procedure of monetary compensations on gasoline, repair and maintenance of cars and on transport servicing, No. 228 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 14, 2007 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 12, Art. 446; 2009, No. 35, Art. 1207; 2012, No. 7, Art. 249; 2013, No. 63, Art. 2281; 2015, No. 14, the Art. 362), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Payment procedure of monetary compensations on gasoline, repair and maintenance of cars and on transport servicing

1. Add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:

"On disabled people, handicapped children who are registered as internally displaced persons and having the right to providing with cars the personal record in their actual place of residence / stay according to the certificate of registration of the internally displaced person based on the documents provided by Items 9 and 15 of this Procedure is drawn up without appointment and payment of compensation. For appointment and payment of compensation the drawn-up personal records of disabled people, children of disabled people which moved from temporarily occupied territory go to structural division of social protection of the population of the Kherson region, and personal records of disabled people, handicapped children which moved from the territories of conducting anti-terrorist operation, - to structural divisions of social protection of the population at the registered place of residence.".
