Changes which are made to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. According to the procedure of accounting, storage, assessment of the seized and other property which is carrying over the state and the order it, No. 1340 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 25, 1998 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 34, Art. 1280; 2000, No. 4, Art. 117; 2001, No. 52, Art. 2345; 2002, No. 18, Art. 941; 2003, No. 29, Art. 1476; 2006, No. 9, Art. 553, No. 14, Art. 989; 2012, No. 11, Art. 401, No. 24, Art. 917, No. 49, Art. 1925, No. 71, Art. 2870, No. 87, Art. 3540; 2013, No. 68, Art. 2488; 2016, No. 18, Art. 723):

1) in Item 1:

exclude subitem 2;

state subitem 3 in the following edition:

"3) goods, storage durations or the stay of which under customs control established by the Customs code of Ukraine ended (including goods (objects) of the humanitarian assistance, test and samples of goods and documentation) on which the owner or person authorized by it did not address before the termination of such terms;";

add Item with subitems 14 and 15 of the following content:

"14) goods which owners refused for benefit of the state;

15) goods which were found (are found) when implementing customs control in customs control zones and which owner is unknown.";

2) in Item 9:

state subitem 3 in the following edition:

"3) inventory items, except those which turnover is limited to the law are donated to state bodies, organizations and the organizations based on the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
