Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. According to the procedure of provision of the monthly monetary assistance to person living together with the disabled person of I or II groups owing to mental disturbance who according to the conclusion of the medical commission of medical institution needs permanent foreign care, on care of it, No. 1192 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 2, 2000 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 31, of Art. 1314; 2004, No. 12, Art. 745; 2012, No. 42, Art. 1610; 2014, No. 93, Art. 2683; 2015, No. 33, Art. 967; 2016, No. 5, Art. 275):

Item 2 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of formation of the integrated territorial community of the statement with necessary documents for purpose of attendance allowance are accepted by authorized persons which are determined by executive bodies of the integrated territorial community, and are transferred to relevant organs of social protection of the population.";
