in Regulations on the Department of statistics of Akmola area of Committee according to the statistics the Ministries of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:

"7) exercises the state control in the field of the state statistics, except for checks, regarding observance of requirements of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of the state statistics concerning respondents;";
add with subitems 7-1), 7-2), 7-3), 7-4), and 7-5) following contents:
