About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Item 16 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine (2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the paragraph the second the following content:

"Determine how exception of Item provisions 11 parts one of article 87 of this Code, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine can determine in 2016 the directions of use of budgetary funds for programs of support of broadcasting companies which functioned in the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol and provide information services".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
