The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:
1. The Section IV "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About housing stock of social appointment" (2006, Art. No. 19-20, 159) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1. Workers of temporarily moved higher educational institutions, temporarily moved scientific institutions on the location of temporarily moved higher educational institution, temporarily moved scientific institution, in the presence of the certificate of registration of the internally displaced person also have the capture right to social room accounting".
2. The Section XV "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 37-38, of Art. 2004; 2015, No. 6, Art. 40, No. 28, Art. 244; 2016, 3, the Art. 25) to add No. with Item 4-1 - the following content:
"4-1. Temporarily moved higher educational institution, temporarily moved scientific institution is the state, utility or private higher educational institution or scientific institution which during temporary occupation or conducting anti-terrorist operation, but until return of temporarily occupied territory under the general jurisdiction of Ukraine or before the date of entry into force of the Presidential decree of Ukraine about completion of conducting anti-terrorist operation or military operations in the territory of Ukraine according to the decision of the founder (founders) changed the location (moved) from temporarily occupied territory or settlements in the territory of which public authorities temporarily do not perform the powers, to settlements on the under control Ukrainian power of the territory.
