About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compensation of persons holding the state positions"

Article 1. Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-157 of December 12, 2013 "About compensation of persons holding the state positions" to add with part 1.1 following of content:
"1.1 The size of base pay of the government employee of investigation department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia is determined by Appendix 9 of this Law, the work of the corresponding coefficient established for this employee and the basic salary. At the same time, the provisions established by Articles 19, 20 and parts 1 and 2 of article 21 of this Law do not extend to these employees, but these employees receive the allowance for fulfilled in the relevant management every year, in the amount of 2 percent, but no more, than in the amount of, established by part 2 of article 6 of this Law.".
Article 2. "Customs Service" and "Tax Service" to state tables of Appendix 9 of the Law in the following edition, according to appendix.
Article 3. To add part 2 of article 22 of the Law after words of "the Office of the President of the Republic of Armenia" with the words "and government office of the Republic of Armenia", and "on February 10" shall be replaced with words words of part 7 "on February 15".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
