2. Determine that:
calculation of the size of one-time subsidy for acquisition of premises (further - lump sum payment) for federal government civil servants (further - civil servants) who are accepted on accounting for receipt of lump sum payment about day of entry into force of this resolution and on which the decision on provision of lump sum payment by it was not made about day of entry into force of this resolution is performed according to the procedure and on the conditions operating about day of entry into force of this resolution. For calculation of the amount of lump sum payment to such civil servants replacing military positions, positions of the Federal State Service of other types, municipal positions, positions of municipal service after December 31, 1991 join in years of service of the public civil service of the Russian Federation the periods of service (work) in positions according to appendix No. 4 to Rules of provision by the federal government civil servant of one-time subsidy for acquisition of premises approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 27, 2009 No. 63 "About provision by the federal government civil servant of one-time subsidy for acquisition of premises" (are set off) (in edition of this resolution);
