Article 1. In article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the minimum monthly salary" (of December 17, 2003, ZR-66-N), the words "13000 dram" shall be replaced with words "15000 dram".
Article 2. In article 2 of the Law:
a) in the paragraph the second the words "78 dram" shall be replaced with words "87 dram";
b) in paragraph three of the word "86 dram" shall be replaced with words "97 dram";
c) in paragraph four of the word "30-hour business week" shall be replaced with words "24-hour business week", and the words "104 drama" - the words "145 dram".
Article 3. To state article 4 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 4. The size of minimum wage does not join allowances, surcharges, awards and other incentive payments.".
Article 4. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2006.
