About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About traffic safety"

Article 1. ZR-166 of July 8, 2005 "About traffic safety" (further – the Law) after the word "makes" the Item "page 1" of part 1 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to add with words "preliminary record about the right to the vehicle,".
Article 2. To add article 13 of the Law with part 1.1 following of content:
"1.1. Before state registration of the rights proceeding from the transactions performed with the vehicle, road traffic police according to the notification of the notary addressed to owning the right to property makes preliminary record about the right which contains data on the vehicle, data of the owner for benefit of whom preliminary record about the right is made.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
