About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About traffic safety"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on April 7, 2009

Article 1. The Item "d" of part 2 of article 33.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About traffic safety" of July 8, 2005 to state ZR-166-N in the following edition:

"e) from the payments levied for action for accounting of the vehicle, including for action for accounting of the vehicle in the place preferred by the owner (authorized person), outside the place of accounting of the vehicle, except as specified removals from accounting, connected with utilization of the vehicle;".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
