About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About lotteries"

Article 1. "About lotteries" (ZR-3-N, of December 17, 2003) to add Item 5 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the new offer of the following content:
"In sense of this Law the organization of totalizator is considered also independently, or as the order confided under the agreement, as the broker under the commission agreement, as the agency agreement agent, as the guarantor according to the guarantee agreement, as the representative (including commercial) based on the power of attorney, and also being the commercial intermediary, or any, any method the authorized person (further – the organizer of Internet totalizator), creation (any method provision of the right) according to social or other contracts or without them, opportunity to the participant to participate in totalizator directly (in the game hall) and (or) by means of the Internet or any similar global system and any coordinate network communications (further Internet totalizator), except for services of data transmission by means of network of land mobile communication and (or) interactive draws by means of short messages".
Article 2. To add part 2 of article 4 of the Law after the word "realization" with words ", except for Internet totalizator".
Article 3. In article 7 of the Law:
a) state part 3 in the following edition:
"3. Organizers of totalizator and Internet totalizator till the last working day preceding every month present in the documentary form the report in which are specified the name of the organizer, the name of totalizator and the number of the computers provided for acceptance of rates of totalizator and the organization directly of Internet totalizator within this month (irrespective of the number of days of the actual use), and also addresses of installation sites of computers.".
b) add parts 3.1 and 3.2 of the following content:
