Make the following changes to the "Regulations on the State committee on standardization, metrology and patents of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 31, 2009 No. 155 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2009, No. 8, Article 631; 2010, No. 12, Article 1064; 2011, No. 2, Article 85):
1. in Items 8. 12, 8.13, 8.18, 8.20, 8.21, of 8,32, 8.45 - 8.48, 9.18 - 9.20 and 9.22 of the word "regulating documents" in the corresponding cases of noun shall be replaced with words "technical regulatory legal acts" in the corresponding cases of noun.
2. will exclude from Item 8.14 of the word "uses, operation," and words of "regulating documents" shall be replaced with words "technical regulatory legal acts".
3. give Item 8.22 in the following edition:
"8.22. takes measures in the procedure established by the legislation for protection of the consumer market against the technical regulatory legal acts which are not meeting the requirements which are subject according to the legislation of certification, but not certified goods (works, services);".
