About measures for enhancement of activities of the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic for standardization, metrology and the patent

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on standardization, metrology and the patent, being guided by Item 7 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I decide:

1. Create the following public services under the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on standardization, metrology and the patent:

1.1. based on territorial administrations of the state control of the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on standardization, metrology and the patent Service of the state control on technical regulation and standardization under the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on standardization, metrology and the patent;

Set limit of number of workers of the office of the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on standardization, metrology and the patent at the level of 112 established posts, limit of number of workers of the office of Service of the state control on technical regulation and standardization under the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on standardization, metrology and the patent at the level of 60 established posts, limit of number of employees of territorial administrations at the level of 98 established posts, limit of number of workers of the office of Public service of metrology under the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on standardization, metrology and the patent at the level of 40 established posts, limit of number of workers of the office of Public service of accreditation under the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on standardization, metrology and the patent at the level of 22 established posts.

7. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

7.1. in a month to resolve the issues connected with financing and other ensuring activities of the office of the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on standardization, metrology and the patent and the divisions entering into its structure;

7.2. in three-months time:

7.2.1. taking into account the international standards and the principles, and also progressive foreign experience to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the bill of the Azerbaijan Republic "About accreditation";

7.2.2. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic and acts of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to compliance with this Decree;

7.2.3. provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in compliance with this Decree and inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
