About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About education"

Article 1. Part 6 of article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About education" of April 14, 1999, ZR-297 (further - the Law) to state in the following edition:
"6. The government of the Republic of Armenia for every year establishes the state order by professions, educational institutions, border, and also mountain settlements.
Higher educational institutions in this academic year in the amount of ten percent from number of the students who arrived on free education system at the expense of the means, according to progress, compensate tuition fee of students of paid training system, according to the number of places, the marked-out specialties approved by authorized body of public administration by formation of the Republic of Armenia.
The authorized body of public administration, within the general paid places approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia on the basis of offers of higher education institutions, approves by education places of paid education, on higher education institutions and specialties.
Higher educational institution, in the amount of at least seven percent of the budget formed by payment of students for training performs partial compensation of tuition fee in the form of student's benefit to at least ten percent of the general student's structure studying in paid system at the expense of the means, accepting the basis high progress and social group.
Students on the paid bases can pay tuition fee on half-year.
Higher educational institutions as necessary create also mechanisms of monthly payment of tuition fee.".
Article 2. In part 10 of article 49 of the Law of the word "2012-2013" shall be replaced with words "2016-2017".
Article 3. Transitional provisions
1. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
