About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About education"

Article 2. The paragraph one of part 4 of article 15 of the Law to state in the following edition:
"4. Acceptance in initial (craft), average and highest professional educational institutions is carried out on competitive basis.".
Article 3. To state part 4 of article 23 of the Law in the following edition:
"4. Qualification of the specialist is appropriated to the graduates who underwent final certification of average special educational institutions.
The graduates of average special educational institutions who showed high progress can continue education in higher educational institutions on the corresponding specialty, on the second year, with correspondence course. The procedure for continuation of education of graduates of the average special educational institutions which showed high progress in higher educational institutions on the corresponding specialty, establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 4. To add part 6 of article 24 of the Law after the word "general education" with words ", initial (craft)".
