Questions of compensation of employees of the centers for charge and implementation of social payments
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in appendix 2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 No. 1298 "About compensation of workers on the basis of the Single scale of charges of categories and coefficients on compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of separate industries of the budget sphere" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 36, the Art. 1699, No. 52, Art. 2389; 2005, No. 40, the Art. 2544) change which is applied.
2. Determine that the allowance as a percentage to official pay rate is paid to employees of the centers for charge and implementation of social payments for length of service in such sizes: more than 3 years - 10, over 5 years - 15, over 10 years - 20, over 15 years - 25, more than 20 years - 30, over 25 years - 40 percent of official pay rate.
At the same time in length of service for establishment of the allowance the years of service of public service for the periods of work (service) before entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of December 10, 2015 No. 889-VIII "About public service" and the work period in the center for charge and implementation of social payments are set off.
3. Determine that in case of reduction in connection with adoption of this resolution of the salary (without award) certain employees of the centers for charge and implementation of social payments on operating time on post the difference between the salary (without award) established before entry into force of this resolution and the salary (without award) established on new payment terms of work is paid to these workers.
