About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the higher and postgraduate education"

Article 1. Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-62 of December 14, 2004 "About the higher and postgraduate education" (further – the Law) to add with Item 22 following of content:
"22) target training – the training in the state and postgraduate educational programs performed for the purpose of ensuring the corresponding qualification with specialists the paramount and representing importance for the state spheres, and also regions of the Republic of Armenia, including, border and mountain settlements.".
Article 2. To state the third paragraph of part 3 of article 5 of the Law in the following edition:
"For the citizens of the Republic of Armenia who are on target training, the state guarantees the right to free higher and postgraduate education on competitive basis in the state higher educational institutions. In that case competitive receipt is performed separately from general tender, agrees to the procedure approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia. The following condition surely is enshrined in the agreement signed with the student who arrived on target training: the student after the end of training, in the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, at least 3 years goes to work in provided by the directing organization of the place. In case of failure to carry out of this condition, the graduate, in the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia and terms, shall compensate in double size the total amount of the training of compensation of tuition fee provided from the government budget of the Republic of Armenia in years in the form of student's benefit and the amount of the state grant. 70 percent of the compensated amount return higher educational institution in the government budget, and disposes of 30 percent in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.".
