Make change to Item 2 of the Procedure for purpose of pensions at the expense of means of the companies and the organizations to separate employee categories by results of certification of workplaces under the terms of the work approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 937 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 53, Art. 2160; 2015, No. 100, to the Art. 3442), having stated to paragraph one in the following edition:

"2. Preferential pensions can be granted at the expense of means of the companies and the organizations (except financed or subsidized from the budget) according to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" to workers who work (worked) at productions, works, by professions and at the positions which are not provided by the lists of productions, works, professions, positions and indicators in which employment grants pension entitlement on age on favorable terms approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 24, 2016 No. 461 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 60, the Art. 2044):".
