About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About protection of atmospheric air"

Article 1. "About protection of atmospheric air" (ZR-121 of October 11, 1994) after part one to add article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with new parts of the following content:

"For the purpose of prevention of distribution of emissions of dust out of limits of the building site in the process of construction of the objects built to the territories of the Republic of Armenia, the organizations performing construction, and also the works connected with dust emission during their implementation shall:

a) protect the building site, and repaired in and outside of the building and structure to close impervious partition height corresponding to construction;

b) wash out tires of the cars leaving from the building site;

c) to transport sand, cement, alabaster, crushed stone, loose substances and construction debris by the machines having covers, impervious for dust;

d) in case of positive air temperature the building site, the streets except for repaired and reconstructed, regularly to water during the day, excepting penetration of sewage out of limits of the building site;

e) when carrying out grinding works to use the devices and technologies excluding dust emission;

e) to warehouse bulk solids (sand, alabaster, cement) on the covered areas or to close impervious films;

g) transport construction debris to the places which are specially allocated for its removal and along specially established route.

It is forbidden to burn household and production garbage, and also the waste which arose in case of leaf fall in the environment, settlements, in their vicinities and in the boiler rooms which are not provided for their burning, furnaces and other devices.":

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
