About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About nonconsumptive payments and payments for environmental management"

Article 1. "About nonconsumptive payments and payments for environmental management" to state part 8 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-270 of December 28, 1998 in the following edition:
"8. In case of delay of payment of the amount as regards obligations on payments, the amount is subject to collection according to the procedure, established by Chapter 13 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bases of administration and administrative production".".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
