About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About nonconsumptive payments and payments for environmental management"

Article 1. "About nonconsumptive payments and payments for environmental management" to state paragraph two of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-270 of December 28, 1998 (further – the Law) in the following edition:
"The payment for environmental management is the payment paid to the government budget according to this Law for effective, complex use of the natural resources which are considered as state-owned property and also for the purpose of compensation of natural resources for their use and (or) realization.".
Article 2. In article 5 of the Law:
The subitem "b" after words of "solid minerals" to add 1) with words ", except for metal minerals",
To add 2) with the subitem "g" of the following content:
"d) royalty, for realization of the extracted metal minerals and products received as a result of their processing".".
Article 3. In article 9 of the Law:
To remove 1) from Item 3 paragraphs first and third,
To add 2) with Items 7-9 of the following content:
"7. Nonconsumptive payments for metal solid minerals (except for salts) and the extinguished inventories of types of color stones established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia are calculated based on the amounts of mineral extinguished for the accounting period, the actual price of mineral for this period (without the value added tax) and the rate of payment established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia for the extinguished inventories of this mineral (in this Item further – rate) if derivative the actual price of mineral for this period (without the value added tax) and rates exceeds the rate of the payment established for the extinguished inventories of this mineral fixed by the Government of the Republic of Armenia (in this Item further – fixed rate).
