About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About nonconsumptive payments and payments for environmental management"

Article 1. "About nonconsumptive payments and payments for environmental management" ZR-270 of December 28, 1998 (further – the Law) to add part 2 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with new paragraphs:
"The payment for the goods imported and realized in the Republic of Armenia doing harm to the environment (except for cars under codes 8702, of 8703, 8704 and 8705 commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity) is calculated by the importer, proceeding from turnover of sales of goods for the accounting period and the corresponding rate established for the goods made and realized in the Republic of Armenia. The payment calculated for the accounting period decreases in the amount of the realized goods allocated in customs declarations for import and the nonconsumptive payments paid to the government budget, in the ratio with goods, implemented for reporting the period, but no more payment amount, calculated for the accounting period. The payments which are not reduced from the payment calculated for the accounting period are not subject to transfer or return for the subsequent payments of the payer.
If it is direct in production of the goods imported and realized in the Republic of Armenia doing harm to the environment the goods imported to the Republic of Armenia or made in the Republic of Armenia doing harm to the environment are used, the amount of nonconsumptive payments calculated according to this Article decreases:
1) in the amount of the nonconsumptive payments for use allocated in customs declarations and paid to the government budget in production of the goods imported and realized in the Republic of Armenia doing harm to the environment, but no more payment amount, calculated according to this Article for the realized goods,
