About modification of Traffic regulations

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Traffic regulations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 41, Art. 1852; 2007, No. 48, Art. 1978; 2013, No. 14, the Art. 505), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Traffic regulations

1. Add Rules with Item 2.4-3 of the following content:

"2.4-3. On sections of roads within borderland and the controlled frontier area upon the demand of the authorized person of State frontier service the driver shall stop with observance of requirements of these Rules, and also:

a) show the documents specified in the subitem "b" of Item 2.1 for check;

b) give the chance to inspect the vehicle and to check numbers of its aggregates.".

2. In Section 33:

Sign 3.21 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:

"Prevention of entrance on roads which directly stretch within borderland to border and do not provide movement to the established check points through frontier (except the agricultural machinery, other vehicles and mechanisms involved in production according to the legislation and in the presence of the legal causes of agricultural activities or other works corresponding on that, liquidation of emergency situations and their effects, and also vehicles of Armed Forces, National guard, the SSU, State frontier service, GMS, GFS, Operational rescue service of civil protection, National police and bodies of prosecutor's office during execution of operational and office tasks).";

2) to add subsection 5 with signs 5.71 - 5.74 following of content:

"5.71" Beginning of borderland". Entrance on the territory where special conditions of traffic, stipulated in Item 2.4-3 these rules are effective.
