About entering of amendment and change into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the termination of activities of persons using control cash registers"

Article 1. In article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the termination of activities of persons using control cash registers" ZR-220 of November 28, 2006 (further – the Law):

1) to add part 2 after the word with "decision" the words "also it is paid to the government budget in 10-day term after decision making",

2) part 3 to recognize invalid.

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2018. Item 2 of article 1 of this Law is applied to the fines which are ordered to pay according to the decision of the head of the authorized body which made the decision on the termination of the related activity according to part 2 of article 8 of the Law if this decision was made after January 1, 2018, and the amount of the fines which are ordered to pay till January 1, 2018 and unpaid (or unpaid partially) during three-months term from the date of appointment, are doubled according to the Law existing till January 1, 2018.
