"In case of registration of the birth of the child after three working days from the date of its birth are in addition applied:

1) explanatory parents;

2) the certificate of registering body of lack of the birth record in the birthplace of the child and the residence of parents (except the children born after 2008 in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan);
