About modification of Item 3-1 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine of rather state company "Antonov"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Item 3-1 - the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine (2010, 572) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. 50-51, in the following edition:

"3-1. Determine that provisions of part thirteen of article 17 of this Code are not applied in case of payment by installments of debt repayment of the state company "Southern Machine-Building Plant production association of A. M. Makarov" before the state on the loan attracted on February 2, 2004 in the Colvis Finance Limited company (Great Britain) under the state guarantee and also the state company "Antonov" before the state for accomplishment of obligations on the bonds issued by the state company "The Kiev aircraft factory "Aviant" in 2009 under the state guarantees. At the same time the amount of penalty fee and other penalties added as a result of failure to carry out of such obligations by the state company "Southern Machine-Building Plant production association of A. M. Makarov" and the state company "Antonov" on the restructured outstanding amount is written off".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
