About entering of amendment and change into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About consumer protection"

Article 1. ZR-197 of June 26, 2001 "About consumer protection" (further – the Law) to add the law of the Republic of Armenia with Article 10.1 of the following content:
"Article 10.1. Information which is subject to publication on the website and (or) in the digital application
1. The website or the digital application (electronic trading platform) which give opportunity to sign the electronic agreement shall contain:
a) electronic, post addresses and phone of the seller,
b) general provisions and terms of the contract,
c) the cost of goods or service, all taxes, and in the presence, expenses on delivery and (or) other expenses, inclusive, the total amount which is subject to payment
d) data on acceptable payment method, prior to action of purchase by the consumer,
e) the procedure for use of the data connected with the message completed electronically which set is considered equivalent signatures by hand and gives the chance to identify person which signed electronically and expresses will of the last.
e) in case of approval of conditions of the offered agreement, opportunity and procedure for modification in it, and also methods of correction of inaccuracies before accomplishment of the offer or the acceptance,
g) note on the right of the consumer of return or deception of goods,
h) production claim treatment procedure and disputes (primiritelstvo, arbitration, the professional conclusion, impartial estimation, including, system of rating estimation of the seller by buyers and so on) by which the seller (the contractor providing services) shall be guided.
2. Information on terms of the contract shall be provided to the consumer on the Internet the website or in the digital application to the conclusion of the agreement.
3. The Internet the website or the digital application shall provide to the consumer the information on performing payment.
