Bring in the resolution of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of October 20, 2008 No. 50 "About approval of the list of the capital processing equipment for the production of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol which is subject to state registration" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 265, 8/19718) the following changes and amendments:
1.1. in the name and Item 1 of the word "approval" and "Approve" to replace respectively with words "establishment" and "Establish";
1.2. in appendix to this resolution:
1.2.1. from subitem 3.3 of Item 3, of subitem 4.3 of Item 4, of subitem 9.3 of Item 9 of the word"," to exclude forming automatic machines;
1.2.2. in Item 5:
