Make the following changes to the "Regulations on rules of consideration of questions of citizenship of the Azerbaijan Republic and their permissions" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 30, 1999 No. 189 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 9, Article 539; 2006, No. 2, Article 82; 2008, No. 3, Article 168, No. 8, Article 713; 2009, No. 7, Article 532; 2010, No. 9, Article 770; 2015, No. 6, Article 700):
1. in part 3:
1.1. in the first offer of the word "the nationality termination" to replace "getting out of nationality", the words "Ministry of Homeland Security" shall be replaced with words "Service of state security, Service of foreign intelligence";
1.2. in the second offer of the word "Ministry of Homeland Security" shall be replaced with words "Service of state security, Service of foreign intelligence";
1.3. in the third offer of the word "Executive office" to replace with the word "Administration".
2. regarding 4 words "the nationality termination" shall be replaced with words "getting out of nationality".
3. in part 5:
3.1. in the first offer of the word "Ministries of Homeland Security" shall be replaced with words "Services of state security, Service of foreign intelligence", words "Executive office" to replace with the word "Administration";
3.2. in the third offer of the word of "the nationality termination" shall be replaced with words "getting out of nationality".
