About approval of Changes in the Act of implementation of action for the state energy supervision (control)
According to the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity", to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 22, 2008 No. 75 "About approval of criteria of distribution of subjects of managing on risk degree of their activities in the field of power industry and the sphere of heat supply and determination of frequency of implementation of actions of the state supervision (control)" (with changes), to the Regulations on the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 382, I order:
1. Approve Changes in the Act of implementation of action for the state energy supervision (control) approved by the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of November 15, 2010 No. 473, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 29, 2010 on No. 1374/18669 (with changes) which are applied.
2. Concerning functioning and reforming of electric utility sector in the procedure established by the legislation to submit to department this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To provide to management of ensuring activities of the Minister promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
