Make the following changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About some regulatory legal acts connected with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About wine growing and winemaking" of December 24, 2002 No. 199 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 12, Article 751; 2007, No. 12, Article 1336; 2009, No. 1, Article 32):
1. In the eighth paragraph of "Rules of tasting and documentation of the products of winemaking" approved by the specified resolution after the words "laboratory reference" to add with the words "and the document on non-use as a part of the specified products of genetically modified plants, or the plant materials of agricultural industry created by methods of modern biotechnology and genetic engineering".
2. In the nineteenth paragraph "Regulations on rules of production of wines to which names on production origin are appropriated, and assignments of names to winemaking products", approved by the specified resolution, after the words "laboratory reference" to add with the words "and the document on non-use as a part of the specified products of genetically modified plants, or the plant materials of agricultural industry created by methods of modern biotechnology and genetic engineering".
