According to Articles 21-1, 29-1 and Item 1 of article 43-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 24, 1998 "About regulatory legal acts" I ORDER:
1. Recognize invalid some regulatory legal acts according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) in week time from the date of its signing the direction of the copy of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, information system of law of Ad_let and the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of information on recognition voided orders and exception of the list of regulatory legal acts on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
