About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 14, 2016 No. 547

1. Bring in Item 3 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 14, 2016 No. 547 "About approval of procedures on registration of registrars of settlement transactions and books of accounting of settlement transactions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 5, 2016 at No. 918/29048, such changes:
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"Requirements for reflection of the excise tax (or other tax) in books of accounting of settlement transactions do not extend to records which are created based on the settlement documents determined in Item 5 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 21, 2016 No. 13 "About approval of the Regulations on form and content of settlement documents, the Procedure for provision of the reporting connected with use of books of accounting of settlement transactions (pay books), forms No. ZVR-1 of the Report on use of books of the accounting of settlement transactions (pay books)" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 11, 2016 on No. 220/28350;";
