I. Part the fourth Article 15 of the Law of Turkmenistan "About defense", adopted on September 25, 2010 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2010, No. 3, Art. 59; 2011, No. 4, Art. 76; 2012, No. 4, Art. 112; 2014, No. 1, Art. 46; 2016, No. 1, the Art. 67) to add with Item of the following content:
"25) for the benefit of defense and economy of Turkmenistan, and also for the purpose of ensuring safe and favorable navigation of vessels performs navigation, hydrographic and oceanographic activities in the Caspian Sea.".
II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
