About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 8, 2015 No. 972 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2016 - 2018"
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 8, 2015 No. 972 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2016 - 2018" the following changes and amendments:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Accept to execution the republican budget for 2016 - 2018, including for 2016 in the following amounts:
1) the income - 7 648 362 885 thousand tenges, including on:
to tax revenues - 3 918 018 771 thousand tenges;
to non-tax receipts - 272 651 673 thousand tenges;
to sales proceeds of fixed capital - 9 504 814 thousand tenges;
to receipts of transfers - 3 448 187 627 thousand tenges;
2) costs - 8 045 742 230 thousand tenges;
3) net budget crediting - 223 163 225 thousand tenges, including:
budget credits - 315 031 873 thousand tenges;
repayment of budget credits - 91 868 648 thousand tenges;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets - 282 143 545 thousand tenges, including:
acquisition of financial assets - 285 913 545 thousand tenges;
sales proceeds of financial assets of the state - 3 770 000 thousand tenges;
5) deficit-902 686 115 thousand tenges or 2 percent to country gross domestic product;
6) budget deficit financing - 902 686 115 thousand tenges.";
in Item 2:
add with subitems 4-1) and 8-1) of the following content:
"4-1) distribution of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on training of staff of administrative police of law-enforcement bodies according to appendix 4-1 to this resolution;";
"8-1) distribution of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on subsidizing of development of breeding livestock production, increase in productivity and product quality of livestock production according to appendix 8-1 to this resolution;";
state subitem 9-2) in the following edition:
"9-2) distribution of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on subsidizing of rates of remuneration when crediting, and also leasing for acquisition of farm animals, the equipment and processing equipment according to appendix 9-2) to this resolution;";
add with subitem 12-1) of the following content:
"12-1) distribution of the amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on creation of digital educational infrastructure according to appendix 12-1 to this resolution;";
27) to exclude the subitem;
1, of 2, of 3, of 6, of 7, of 8, of 9, 9-1, 9-2, 10, of 12, of 13, of 14, of 15, of 16, of 19, of 21, of 22, of 23, of 24, of 25, of 26, of 28, of 29, 29-1, 30, of 32, of 33, of 34, 36 and 42 to the specified resolution to be reworded as follows appendices according to appendices 1, of 2, of 3, of 4, of 5, of 6, of 7, of 8, of 9, of 10, of 11, of 12, of 13, of 14, of 15, of 16, of 17, of 18, of 19, of 20, of 21, of 22, of 23, of 24, of 25, of 26, of 27, of 28, of 29, 33 and 34 to this resolution;
add the specified resolution with appendices 4-1, 8-1 and 12-1 according to appendices 30, 31 and 32 to this resolution.
2. To the central executive bodies in two weeks to make in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan offers on reduction of earlier made decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in compliance with this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
